Ginger will say anything to get you to sign the lease, including that your rent will lower each lease period (which she lied about). She also won't do anything about your complaints if it is inconvenient for her in any way, including complaints about sexual harassment (strange coming from a woman). It's just a job to her, she doesn't care that she's responsible for people's livelihoods and making a safe place for people to live. Found the listing on facebook marketplace. Was told to reach out to ginger. From the beginning she was very snippy and short she told me the unit listed was unavailable. No problem but the lister persist that the unit is available and he would like me to go physically and speak to her. No problem. When i reached the office the did not ask a single question before directing me to fill out an application requesting my sensitive private information such as my ssn. Dob. I have been at the Villas II for almost a year, and I have enjoyed it. It is quiet and safe. Any issues I have, maintenance always responds to my emails and they fix the problem in a day or two. Ginger has always answered all my questions and accommodates any needs I have. I would definitely recommend the complex.
Not the greatest place to live by far. Housing is sub par at WCU and you’re not getting what you pay for here. There’s bugs everywhere (even though they say they spray for bugs). The appliances are old and falling apart. The a/c units are filthy. They will want you to fill in thumb pin sized holes or they’ll take your security deposit. If you like bugs, antique appliances and losing money then this is the place for you!
