Current landlord is not willing to address complaints. The owners do not care for your wellbeing. Constantly noisy. All you will find is unfair treatment. DO NOT live here.
Found the listing on facebook marketplace. Was told to reach out to ginger. From the beginning she was very snippy and short she told me the unit listed was unavailable. No problem but the lister persist that the unit is available and he would like me to go physically and speak to her. No problem. I have been at the Villas II for almost a year, and I have enjoyed it. It is quiet and safe. Any issues I have, maintenance always responds to my emails and they fix the problem in a day or two. Ginger has always answered all my questions and accommodates any needs I have. I would definitely recommend the complex.
Not the greatest place to live by far. Housing is sub par at WCU and you’re not getting what you pay for here. There’s bugs everywhere (even though they say they spray for bugs). The appliances are old and falling apart. The a/c units are filthy. They will want you to fill in thumb pin sized holes or they’ll take your security deposit. If you like bugs, antique appliances and losing money then this is the place for you!
