I love it here
I been here for 4 years and love that shopping center across street and i like management but i had issues with fruit flies and drainage flies for months as was told by exterminator that because issues with sewers as i will always had issues which i complained for months but seems ignore and don't know why fitness center haven't been open as was closed during COVID-19 but still closed as rethinking about maybe move in a few years if issues not resolved
Dont move here. Maintenance is awful. They think it's ok for a 70 year old to replace hallway light bulbs. Corporate office doesn't return phone calls about complaints. Front office has no compassion for the tenants. Will move in a year. Rent went up $150 dollars. The area is nice but I have to move. Had 3 floods 2 years ago on the lower floors
I love my apartment!! I have been with the Villas for almost 10 years!! The management team in office and on site truly cater to concerns of tenants here and do their best to take care of the property as a whole. I would recommend this complex to everyone!! The property manager Lolita Broadnax is truly made for caring for the community! Ensuring you love where you live.
