This just isn’t a habitable space at all bro like don’t pmo for real some people I understand you may need a place asap for you and your child but I highly do not recommend staying at the villas , these apartments are old and terrible the energy just gets thrown off once you walk in building not to mention that but your greeted with a bunch of bugs cause maintenance will leave the door open , they leave all types of paint marks , shoe marks and etc on your floor for you to clean it up lmao, I’m young at that only 20, and I h... read more
I love it here and Lolita is great but maintance is only issues as they not good as always blaming residents as need to check drainage and sewer areas as issue continue with drainage fly and I guess fruit flys as thinking about moving next year as it all started when 2 years ago trashs bins outside wasn't pick up for months by garbage trucks and just can't get rid of flying insects every since
They don't do there job at all you don't want to live here NOTHICE TO ALL PEOPLE DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU ARE JUST WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY TRUST ME
I love it here
I been here for 4 years and love that shopping center across street and i like management but i had issues with fruit flies and drainage flies for months as was told by exterminator that because issues with sewers as i will always had issues which i complained for months but seems ignore and don't know why fitness center haven't been open as was closed during COVID-19 but still closed as rethinking about maybe move in a few years if issues not resolved
