The Villages is destroying florida by moving people from out of state so they can die here. In the mean time they want to cause as much damage and destruction to the land while the boomer land boom wages on.
the secretary answering the phone was extremely rude and non-caring. Still not heard from the warranty dept., I will tell all my friends & associates what terrible service they can expect from the villages warranty dept. They push you to close then leave you hanging, would not recommend them to anyone. I gave one star because that is as low as it goes.

Extremely dissatisfied with The Villages Warranty's response to a manufacturing defect in the flooring of our newly built home. Despite contacting them four times (via home inspection report, phone, email, and certified letter), the issue remained unresolved when the manufacturer's warranty expired. Smaller problems were handled satisfactorily.
