I've been a resident at the Villages for just over five and a half years and I have always found the staff to be friendly and very considerate of my wants and needs. This facility, unlike many, if not most, "retirement" communities encompasses all phases of senior life. They offer independent living (with both cottages and apartments), all levels of assisted living, total health care, and memory units.
