Called - left voicemail- received a call back - customer service and quality of work couldn’t have been better.
They are making their own cabs now and have split doors that are very difficult to open and close. Even lubricating doesn't help. Be aware! The ladies won't like them...

Update to below, it is bouncing because it needs an alignment and the tire pressure was either too low or too high. Discovered by a friend. Hard to believe they do any kind of quality check on new carts. Hopefully they will find and fix the engine not stopping or starting on its own intermittently because that is dangerous. If so this review will be deleted. If not buyer beware. I will never buy a golf cart unless I test drive it.
