Great staff (Shout out to George!). I was super satisfied with the value of my purchase. Price was very comparable and getting Peace of mind with a great reputable company. Never had a bad experience there! They were able to get a cart from another store for me to test drive and were super nice throughout the entire process. They answer ALL concerns and they are transparent with everything.
Friendly people who care about their customers and treat everyone with respect and care. The quality of the work in the Service Area and the attitudes of the staff provide exceptional service.
Needed both side mirrors replaced on a 2015 Yamaha Cart. Customer service was extremely quick to reply to my emailed questions about availability and arranging service. Job was completed quickly and accurately and, in my view, very inexpensively. I've never had a bad experience with The Villages Golf Cars.
