If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your time and money with these builders. They will sell you the cheapest quality home they can and then when you have a problem they do not want to fix anything. Buying a home is a big financial decision and you want to make sure you get what you are investing in. Please stay away from this builder.
Horrible construction, and even worse customer service. I have rewritten my review before and it keeps getting worse. After only 3 months of living here i will never give another dime to this comapny in the future. Nothing but issues with the home, and the warranty dept is full of disgusting, disrespectfull and unproffesional people. I deleted my original review to redo it. The quality of build at century comunities is cheap at best. The warranty is a joke and they will push you to get your inspections done before your blue tape walk through, so that the inspector doesnt see poor quality work they do, and all the corners they will cut. Since we moved in it has been nothing but repair after repair on cosmetic issues. I have had to fight with joe who is in charge of the rpairs for the first 30 days. We have a Century built home. They are 100% builder grade and to be considered entry level homes. I’m currently looking to purchase my first home. I’ve never looked at Century Communities until yesterday. My mom and I stopped at the Westpointe property in Dayton. I’m sure glad I did. 😊 I met Myrna omg she’s a true gem. She was amazing & took time with me. And helped me understand a lot as well as listened to me. I’m definitely considering them as my builder for my first home / first time home buyer. Thank you so much. 😊
