The grounds are beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the location is great. However, I would not recommend anyone stay here. Our Arbor Villa room left us feeling disgusted. The room, specifically the bathroom, is extremely dated and in need of renovations but we anticipated this. We did not anticipate finding 5 bugs, 2 stained bath towels, and 1 stained duvet during our 48 hour stay. The Arbor Pool also needs to be better maintained. First supposedly luxury accommodation it was a lot that left to be desired. Although the room starts with a mini kitchen and then refrigerator freezer there is no way to get ice made. I've been waiting 45 minutes and made two phone calls to the front desk to get to my sent to me. no luck so far. My rooms are so far from the front desk and it's a long car ride just to see them in person to complain. Be warned.

Loved this resort. The customer service was great. They paid a lot of attention to details. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
