I am not convinced they actually have rentals available. Contacted them multiple times to no avail. No way I will be filling out an application after experiencing exactly the red flags to what others have warned of.

I couldn't have picked a better place to shop they have everything you need for your home I go shopping at Walmart at least 3 times a week
Update 4/18/2023: Been living here for about a year and I have really have no complaints. Andy, the Property Manager addresses any issues (if any) in the neighborhood very quickly makes sure it's communicated to the residents.
