Dr Brite has been a very good, consistent dr trying ro work out my illness and problems, 100% helpful a fabulous dr
Since registering my elderly father here, I cannot fault their care, attitude and help he has received from them.
I have to say that the surgery has improved a great deal lately. Dr Hartley is amazing! She’s kind compassionate and really cares. She has helped me a lot just by listening to what I have to say, which is not what I’m used to in previous experiences! There one dr in particular who has no manners or empathy! It’s nice to see some new drs there who seem to genuinely care Keep it up 👍
Phoning with a history of nose bleeds, I was seen within 3 hours. Diagnosed and treated. Follow up tests within 4 days. I've always been treated well at this GP practice by all staff.
Went south normanton doctors last night on the 20/11/2024. Asked him to put my avastatin back on my repeat prescription on the NHS app. He replied just go to the chemist and they will give it to you . Had my MRI scan report with me I asked him to explain it, he then started laughing saying are you making stuff up as you go on, Never in my entire life have I witnessed a Dr sitting laughing at a patient, so I walked out . Appalling Doctors 😡
