Horrible customer service. I had been trying to contact this spa for over 4 days to make an appointment for me & my girlfriend to get a massage & nobody answered the phone ONCE. I left several kind voicemails asking if anyone could give me a call back about their availability & the owner finally reached out to me online & was INCREDIBLY RUDE & snapped at me saying my call would be returned in the “order it was received” ...... idk how this place gets ANY service at all. Very disappointing.
