History Established in 2002. We started in 2002 at 17 Main Street in Roslyn's Historic Village and moved to 14 Tower Pl in 2011. Situated between the movie theater and Thyme restaurant, our entrance and parking lot are located in the rear of the building overlooking Roslyn Pond. Terrible Terrible Terrible! Made an appt 2 months in advance, called a few days before to confirm, no one called me back. The day of the massage they said I had no appt and would not honor it. Made no efforts to make anything right. The massage therapist was rude and unfriendly. The place smelled like mold. Definitely NOT a diamond in the rough. Roslyn village can do way better.
Had an appointment for 4:00 and the woman comes out fifty minutes later and says we do not have an appointment. Didn't start it late. She didn't even try to make it right. She said ok ill refund you by check. Won't go back.
Very impressed on my first visit. Ambiance, massage, and hospitality was excellent and above expectation. I can't wait for my next visit.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE – I booked a spa package for my Aunt and Uncle. Rick, the owner was very helpful in explaining the packages and working with me in regards to giving the spa package as a gift. He was very patient and accomodating when they booked their package. He returns calls promptly and answers all your questions. I can't wait to book a package for my husband and myself.
