Terrible Terrible Terrible! Made an appt 2 months in advance, called a few days before to confirm, no one called me back. The day of the massage they said I had no appt and would not honor it. Made no efforts to make anything right. The massage therapist was rude and unfriendly. The place smelled like mold. Definitely NOT a diamond in the rough. Roslyn village can do way better.
Had an appointment for 4:00 and the woman comes out fifty minutes later and says we do not have an appointment. Didn't start it late. She didn't even try to make it right. She said ok ill refund you by check. Won't go back.
Very impressed on my first visit. Ambiance, massage, and hospitality was excellent and above expectation. I can't wait for my next visit.
