I had my machine serviced here which was fine. They took longer than the estimated time and I had to call to ask before they checked and told me it was ready. The reason for the low stars is the unfriendly service I received both times I physically went into the store. I was not greeted by anyone working at the store this afternoon and when I asked a question about purchasing a presser foot, which are on sale, they told me I’d have better luck online because they don’t carry the one for my machine.
