Best service ever. They answer the phone, they help you figure out stuff if there are issues. They fill prescriptions very quickly. They are always nice and respectful. I get my vaxxes here as well and its convenient because its not the chaos of a large chain store.

Polite, efficient, friendly, professional family business. Village is a blessing to Oakland County. Other Pharmacies would do well to follow their model.

I arrived slightly early for a fingerprinting appointment. Clerk was helping someone and I politely announced my reason for being there and explained I was a bit early. I meander throughout the pharmacy to pass the time. Another customer entered and proceeded to the counter. The clerk said be right with you to the other patron. I proceed to get closer to the counter as to not be forgotten. He proceeds to help the other customer first. I said pardon me but I was here. He said something but I was already disappointed. Been coming here monthly for a few years, prescriptions are ALWAYS ready instantaneously. If they don’t have a special prescription, they have it delivered by next morning and text you as soon as they open that it’s ready. I also keep all the little sticker sheets with my name/address that come attached to my prescriptions & use them to label random things that belong to me 😂 They have the cutest selection of little specialty goods! Excellent, very clean and neat place, prescriptions ready on time, the pharmacist George is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy, also gave me means and options on how to save money.
