My wife Margaret and I opened the very first business in the Village on Venetian Bay on January 7, 1987. Artichoke and Company, a specialty food and wine store and catering became an instant success. We sold the business in 1993. Today the firm's owner Brian and his wife carry on the same business name as 27 years ago. Their business has moved a couple of years ago within North Naples.
