The property manager Seneida is super helpful and made sure my move in was as easy as possible!
Even though they claim on their website that they have updated countertops, I moved into my apartment in April and am still waiting on the new quartz countertops. Maintenance is *not* 24/7 as the website claims. I file maintenance requests before I started my new WFH position and he completely ignores dates and times when posted, then tries to gain access when I'm working. He also marks them as complete when nothing has been done.
So sweet and kind! Help us quickly too!!
Nothing but trash lives here and goes there amd is there
If I could give no stars I would. I parked in an unreserved spot. My car was towed and I went to the office to see who they use for the toe and they can’t answer any of my questions. Can’t tell me what toe company they use so I left to find my car. When I come back to the office to try and understand why my car was towed they locked the door when I can see them inside.
