Lovely area to walk around, with lots of restaurants and cafés close by!
Next time I park here I'm gonna make sure to bring a grinder, so I can actually get out!!!;
Parked here at 4 pm today and couldn't get out. The elevator and all stairwells were locked. There was no signage anywhere indicating this or why. Ended up walking out the entrance with my two three year olds. Then at 6pm the entire parkade was still locked down except the car ramp, still with no signage. Had to again walk in to get our car with two three year olds. When we asked the manager of the London drugs he said a fire alarm had gone off at some point and to just walk in with the cars. Shocking and frustrating. I simply drove in to meet friends for a dinner at one of the several local pubs only to have my car locked inside the garage over night. Absolutely makes no sense and the posted phone numbers are useless. Avoid at all cost!
Paid for parking at 6:30am but the gate closed at 9:30pm. Called the after hour service number and they keep giving you other numbers to call that don’t work. Do not park in this lot. Worse experience I’ve ever had with a parking lot.
