I love living here at Hillside Village it's a very clean and bright environment the apartments are good size lots of sunshine natural light through the windows and everyone here is so friendly I would recommend this place to anyone interested in living Senior Living
My fiancé and I have been paying 1075 for a 3 bedroom. When we fell into hard times I went down to the office asking if we qualified for tax reduction rent. I was told that they didn’t offer it and the rent that’s posted is what you need to pay. Meanwhile, my next door neighbor (whom also has a 3 bedroom) is paying 850 because they got the tax reduction rent. These apartments are not worth moving into. I have lived at hillside in 2013-2015 and 2017-2019. NOT worth it.
