The focus here is making money, not patient care. My former GP often talked to me about billing codes to maximise her earnings from my appointment. She would also ask irrelevant questions ("How is your cat?") to unnecessarily string out an appointment so she could bill a long appointment. This money-making agenda and unprofessionalism were on top of incompetence (e.g requesting a scan of the wrong limb). Was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors practice. They are so concerned ensuring you don’t have Covid that they over look what your actually trying to tell them is going on. So condescending, and will just take your money regardless of what’s wrong. Would avoid this place at all costs.
Dr Aline Smith is a marvellous doctor and I owe her a debt of gratitude for her thoroughness and diligence. Her knowledge of women's health is amazing. Thank you.
One of the best and friendliest practices I've been to in Sydney. Doctors are very thorough and make you feel important - not just a number being rushed out the door.
