As evey GP practice in the country it can be a struggle to get an appointment. But great when you can get to see a doctor. Please be aware if you park at the practice don’t forget to give them your car registration as you will get a fine of not.
Very much problematic receptionist. Rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. The lady speaking to my partner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We will Be making a formal complaint on the way he was treated and if it’s the same woman that made me cry, well more formal complaints.
We accidentally parked in here instead of the vets. Then got a letter for a fine of £100, unbelievable.
Ringing every morning for 2 weeks at 8am to make an appointment for my baby. Still not managed to get through. Awful surgery.
