Everything about this medical centre is outstanding from reception to nurses and doctors. If the NHS is struggling, it doesn’t show here.
This practice over-prescribed medication for a family member resulting in a hospital admission. Also failed to update medical notes on another significant matter. Family have now moved to another practice.
The doctors in this surgery are excellent, I have never had trouble booking an appointment or callback.The reception staff are extremely helpful also. You hear off some practices where you wait a couple of weeks for an appointment, we are very lucky to be a patient at this surgery
