This practice over-prescribed medication for a family member resulting in a hospital admission. Also failed to update medical notes on another significant matter. Family have now moved to another practice.
The doctors in this surgery are excellent, I have never had trouble booking an appointment or callback.The reception staff are extremely helpful also. You hear off some practices where you wait a couple of weeks for an appointment, we are very lucky to be a patient at this surgery
I've just joined The Village Medical Centre, and the services I have received has been excellent. The reception staff are polite and helpful.
Always quick to respond to online consultations (Patchs) and provide quick advice and face to face where required. Also having a daily walk-in is excellent when so many patients around the country are struggling to see their GP. I'm very grateful that my family have access to this GP practice. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work. You're doing a great job and are appreciated. People are often quick to complain. I just wanted to take the time to say thanks.
