Worst staff, worst service.No Madical treatment at all.Receptionist need to learn how to speak , they need badly to learn ethics and etiquette.there behaviour is very unprofessional.

Receptionist need people skills and training on just how to be a decent human! . Absolutely disgusting behaviour and just out right rude. No compassion for the suffering patient. Did not even take the time to understand what the ask was and instead just had attitude on her face right from the get go. Management need to really ask themselves are these the kind of staff they want to be the face of their clinic!

Unbelievably uncaring, condescending, rude and unhelpful receptionist when I rang to book an appointment. Treated like an idiot and failed to get an appointment with any Doctor at any time,

Very Rude receptionist, The Practice needs to retrain staff, its a real shame as this GP practice was very reverred as reputable caring for the community. Already looking to move my family GP elsewhere

I have been going for heart check-ups for a long time, but at my most recent appointment, the doctor informed me that my dizziness, fainting, and chest pain are caused simply because I move my head too often and panic. I find this explanation unprofessional and dismissive of my symptoms, which are serious and require proper medical attention. I believe that such an attitude is unacceptable for someone in this profession, and I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed accordingly
