I have lived here for close to a year now. Nothing but positive things to say. It is located minutes from major highways near downtown Clinton. Great size apartments, property is kept very neat and clean (Even the garbage houses are cleaned regularly!)
Clean and quiet community. The maintenance and management team are super helpful and always kind.

Best apartment I have ever lived in, and that is entirely due to the maintenance superintendent, Lindia. The entire complex is pristine. Every detail is on a schedule that Lindia keeps meticulously. When I moved in, she greeted me whilst hand-painting the lines on the pavement in the parking lot. I knew then that she took great pride and care in the complex. Highway robbery. They claim it’s high end but it’s all builder grade. Their maintenance crew is a complete joke and practically nonexistent. The electrical work is questionable at best. Almost had a fire in the wall at an electrical outlet. Then found out the microwave was on a circuit with the rest of the outlets on the wall. It’s supposed to have a dedicated line, as per the installation book for the microwave.
