Called back to talk to the couselor to see what I can do to help my children from what she diagnosed from seeing my sons only for an hour. Didn’t call back. Haven’t called back. When I called they said their file has closed. If you’re going to help my children move forward from this diagnosis you gathered for seeing my son for an hour one would think their file would be open and helping them find options and for all those involved. Such garbage. My insurance apparently lapsed the day before service. No call no nothing on day of service. Then a bill comes out, I tell the billing person the information and that the bill should be covered by the other parent. Instead of doing that she got belligerent and rude and when I said send me the email her response was “k”. This place is useless and lies. As well as cancels appointments regularly with no real reason for doing so.

Terrible service, no compassion or understanding for the people they are there to "help". Appointments are regularly canceled with no reason given, and to reschedule it's at least an additional 3 weeks out which leaves patients to feel abandoned and alone. Voicing any of this to employees gets nothing but blank stares and silence.

The staff are friendly, and the therapists are excellent with children. The what time for a new patient was a bit long, but that varies based on who you are seeing. The quality of service is worth the wait.
