Impossible to get ahold of, receptionist is ignorant. So glad he is not my families doctor anymore. Doesn’t follow up with you at all. Malpractice lawsuits waiting to happen.
Poor service all around horendous parking lot. The building planner here failed more parking for nursing home visitors than there is for the clinics, guess what side is always full and has people racing for spots not the nursing home side with atleast 18 spots open right now , while I watch 4 cars circle for a spot right now
The secretary is very rude and unprofessional, she faxed the wrong pharmacy 3 times, its impossible to reach anyone on the phone and you're waiting for days for a call back
I cannot comment on Dr. Olisa as a doctor per say, but my elderly mother is a patient of his and I cannot believe how hard it is to make an appointment with him and how hard it is to access said appointments. I'm in my early 30's, consider myself to be more tech savvy than most people my age and the website/apps used by Dr. Olisa are nothing short of a pain. My parents have Dr. Olisa and I’m appalled. There are no in person appointments. Both are on BP medication and have had health issues that should have been addressed in person. I don’t know how a doctors office is allowed to operate in this manner. Show some compassion for your patients as it’s not possible for a lot of older people to navigate your system. Have some pride in your practice, we are no longer on lockdown, stop being a lazy healthcare provider.
