My parents have Dr. Olisa and I’m appalled. There are no in person appointments. Both are on BP medication and have had health issues that should have been addressed in person. I don’t know how a doctors office is allowed to operate in this manner. Show some compassion for your patients as it’s not possible for a lot of older people to navigate your system. Have some pride in your practice, we are no longer on lockdown, stop being a lazy healthcare provider.

I rarely write negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to do so. I have been a patient of Dr. Songs for probably about a year. I have now asked to de-roster myself and my family from his care. I had several negative experiences with him and with Chris who answers the phone. His lack of experience was evident in most of the appointments I had with him. I am also a health professional and it became evident quickly that I was not being offered the appropriate care on more than one occasion. This was a horrible experience for me... read more
