I forgot his name, but the gentleman who came over to assess my chimney/fireplace was incredibly professional, thorough, and explained everything to me so that I fully understood my options. The estimate he provided was also reasonable. They haven't yet performed the work, but I'm hoping to schedule something soon!
Ruben was incredibly friendly, neat, and efficient. He’s done two cleanings here in the past two years and both experiences were excellent. I will certainly use them in the future.
