I can’t thank you enough for the beautiful and delicious cake for my father’s 90th birthday! My sister in law talked with them and shared Dad’s love of classic cars and what they created was perfection! I highly recommend for anyone celebrating any occasion!
I have dreams about their boston cream donuts. But the raspberry filled ones are a very close second. Genuinely some of the absolute best donuts I’ve ever had. They never skimp on the filling and you can tell they’re made fresh and with love!!!
Very cute little bakery/Café just by the Metra. Your train is delayed? You came way before it’s scheduled? Hop in for the best bagels with fresh (!!) chives cream cheese, any of the delicious cinnamon creations in pastry and croissant form or a slice of strawberry-rhubarb cake…it’s worth it! Daily offers on buy-one-get-two or free-coffee-with also. Thank you also for a very friendly service!
I called to ask if they could make a loaf of banana bread. She told me yes and also I needed it by the next day, which she also accommodated. I called several other bakeries beforehand and none of them made banana bread. Not only were they accommodating, the bread was delicious and the price was more than fair. I will be going back to order more when I need my next cake. I was so appreciative.
