Where do I begin. I cannot say enough nice things about the maintenance team and the leasing office. Anytime we have a question for the leasing office, both Nakita and Jenny, are super quick to reply and they never make me feel like a nuisance or a bother. Then there is the maintenance team. highly not recommended, don’t even let them fool you ! Piece of crap, looks deceiving but it’s hell !! RUDE, NO PRIVACY, CANT EVEN HAVE RING CAMERA & TOO MANY RULES WHEN WE PAY THE RENT !!

Living at The Village at Ten Trails has been such a great experience, and a huge part of that is because of the property manager, Nakita. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed support, she handled it quickly and with so much professionalism. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. You can definitely tell Nakita takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
