Really nice community. The manager that helped me showed me multiple homes that were available. I am planning on applying in the summer!
Our maintenance man, Pavel, was amazingly helpful, efficient, and kind. He quickly and professionally replaced our lightbulbs and fixed our freezer seal! He absolutely deserves a raise for his positive attitude and hard work! Thanks, Pavel!
I have lived here for about three months now and I really love it here! The community is so pretty and the people in the office are really kind and welcoming. I worked with the manager during my tour and move in and she was so helpful and kind. Finding parking at night on the weekends can be tough sometimes but I think that is normal at apartments.
They don’t follow state laws on income requirements for voucher recipients and illegally decline qualified applicants.
I saw The village at Ten Trails for the first time and it’s a beautiful place and applied for two bedrooms but I wasn’t sure when I applied how much will be taken if things won’t work she told me only application fee will be taken $52 dollars and I found apartment near to my work place and when I asked her to cancel the other person told me we don’t return the deposit which is $362 dollars, for me this is unprofessional (she should even talk to me instead of someone she applied for me on her computer as I was telling her I h... read more
