The houses are cookie cutter styled and extremely overpriced. Neighborhood is difficult to get out of due to two way traffic. Not worth it for what you pay in HOA fees. No clubhouse, pool, or playgrounds for kids. Nosey people here will actually make a fuss about what you put in your own background. Like a playground, because there isn't one provided in the neighborhood. Wannabe NASCAR drivers speeding through the neighborhood make this place unsafe for your kids to play outside.
