The Village at Skyline Pines memory care is an outstanding facility. From the Nursing staff, front desk, kitchen staff, to the housekeepers everyone is specifically trained to support the residents who have memory challenges. When you walk into the facility it is clean, you are always greeted with a smile. My heart is full when I think of the life my loved one is living. The leadership staff are vindictive and condescending. When a memory care resident is active instead of passive, they request medication to reduce activity levels. The memory care unit is falsely marketed; the courtyard is not accessible to residents unless they are accompanied by staff—and there is not enough staff on hand to allow for that to happen.
