Very bad property, nothing to do with the previous administration, now you always call to report problems and they never answer and if they answer, there is no staff in Spanish, only English, and even if you tell them in English, it seems that they do not understand, they don't care, I have been complaining about a problem in the land of a probably broken pipe and they have not gone to see what happens, but if they raise my rent bill as if it were my problem and not that of those who have to solve it.
It ant beautiful place to live and visit all kinds of activities there.
