I Love living here multi culture community everyone is respectful and friendly the office staff keeps everything in line and available
After 1 year of being at this FSL- Village on Roeser property I rate it 5 Stars +. Pantry is every 2 weeks. The Community has Bingo, Potluck, Birthday Celebrations and community resources. There is so many great neighbors and the best Office Staff (Elvira, Mgr; Luis, Maintenance; and Coordinator, Victoria). All Utilities, taxes and fees are included in your rent. Yes there are rules like NO SMOKING on the property except in the assigned smoking area and other stuff. But it's NOT that difficult to follow. I highly recommend t... read more
I have lived here at Village at Roser back when it was called Roser village my daughter was 3. She is now 8yrs old be 9 in Nov an its a desent place as long as you mind your business its a easy place to be 🤫🤗🤐🤣
