My friend's mother was duped by an unscrupulous sales person at this community. She purchased a Villa, approximately three years ago, but it was NOT what the sales person stated. She was forced to move to another villa, and had to fight with the Management company to get her promised Sun porch. The sun porch leaks and she had complained many times, but to no avail.
