Great care and staff, great attitude always anticipating needs and willing to help, from nursing team, to physician, to rehab staff, to the housekeeper everyone is wonderful and I am grateful for returning for the third time .I would highly recommend it.
This is a wonderful facility lovely people and great care, the admission staff Tale was very helpful
My husband and I stopped in to request a tour for my mother-in-law who is in need of assisted living. We waited at the reception desk for over 20 minutes while the woman answering the phone continued to ignore us. Finally, when we got her attention she told us that we would just have to sit and wait because she was very busy. We overheard someone call her Ruth. I'm going home today from a rehab stay at The Village at Rockville. The rehabilitation was excellent. The nurse Simon was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I would recommend the rehabilitation at this facility.
Had some problems with receiving my medication on time and problems with the kitchen providing puréed foods. Once those problems were fixed it was a great stay. OT and PT was great! I thoroughly enjoyed it.
