Great, non-corporately owned facility. Josh is really helpful and gives a direct line to reach out to make things easy if anything comes up moving in. Nice garage door access, so you don't have to squeeze items through a narrow/propped open door.

We’ve rented a climate-controlled unit at The Village at Paugus Bay Self-Storage for the past three years and have been extremely pleased with our experience. The facility has always been clean, well-maintained, and secure. The heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer have worked flawlessly, giving us confidence storing items that are sensitive to temperature and humidity. They were wonderful! I work a tough schedule, and had to move last minute. I was able to get a storage unit and they had equipment for me to be able to move items from my car to the storage shed very easily. Very clean, and secure! Would recommend and I know I will be using them again in the future!

Great spot. We had all our STUFF there for 2 years. It was always clean. Well lighted. Easy entry and exit. Josh the owner was very helpful. Place was great.
