Very nice
A++++++++++++Plenty of parking and amenities. One block from the beach access point(s). Can be tricky to navigate...take your time and may need permission to get past the gate guards.
Conveniently located near the General store, and Palmetto Dunes pickleball courts. Also very close to the Dunes House and beach entrance.
Not sure why they do not update the rooms. They are small which is fine with me but as an owner of 2 weeks in 2 different units my maintenance fees have gone up tremendously in the last few years. Some people that I have talked to that own weeks there one gentleman owns 6 different weeks is thinking about just not paying yearly fees and letting there units go back said it would be cheaper to do that then pay all the fees.
