We moved in about two weeks ago, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. Be aware that the covered parking spaces are apparently preassigned by the City of New Braunfels and cannot be changed. The covered spot I was assigned is across the complex instead of next to my unit, and it's still under construction, so I can't even park there.
