A great place for your loved ones, and they recently completed a big remodeling project as well!
I would rate The Village 5 for all of the staff who work there day to day. My Dad gets great care with nursing, great service for meals, and he is valued. I would rate administration a 3 due to lack of getting things done in a timely manner, return communication is less than desirable. Overall, our family is grateful that our Dad is somewhere safe and cared for. Deidre, Sydney, nursing, food service, maintenance, Chef Tony, Tony…thank you!
One of the hardest things in life is when your parent cannot take care of themselves anymore. The second hardest is finding a loving, caring place you know they will be safe at. My dad is at the Village, and choosing this community has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. He tells me often how kind everyone is, and that alone brings me such comfort and peace of mind.
