I’m giving a one star just because of the new DON she yells and curse at the employees and is very unprofessional when it comes to the employees there. The employees do a wonderful job of caring for the residents It would even be a better place to work if they just make a few changes of the authority that supervise the employees. God bless The Gordon house. A wonderful facility for your love ones but not a good facility to work for the new DON.
It is obvious on a daily basis that every employee has the patients care above everything else! Becky keeps them all happy 😆
Excellent facilities. These are the most wonderful caring and compassionate people that I have ever met. My mother is in the memory care section and she receives Excellent care. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. From the Reception Desk, the Activities, Food Services, Housekeeping and Nursing Services, they are all Wonderful.
