My family had an amazing experience at the Village at East Farms. Our dad was so happy there & when he passed away the staff was wonderful to us as well. He loved being there & was made to feel welcome immediately by the staff & other residents. One of us visited him daily & we could see that the other residents seemed just as happy as he was. One of our family members has been living at the assisted living portion of The Village at East Farms and she is very happy there. The facility is immaculate and bright. The staff is great, especially Liz who is always there when needed! So far we are all very happy with our choice of this facility!

The staff, especially Liz has been very attentive to helping my mom adjust to a new life and surroundings. It hasn’t been an easy transition for her but everyone has been helpful in helping her adjust to the facility. They continue to make sure she is aware of all the offerings to kept the residents occupied and entertained throughout the day and Liz has been deeply involved in making sure mom isn’t left behind.

Poorly run. Inconsistent care. Providing feedback falls on deaf ears- Leadership is nonexistent. Not a place to send your elderly loved one. Like other reviews I have read on here- loved one went in at one price and costs went up due to “needs” which could not be explained. Plus the costs go up each year. Not worth the price. Can’t understand how they get so highly rated.
