I am heartbroken to find out our Agnes will be leaving. She has always been so great in bringing people together, so kind, so friendly & a wonderful person. I remember the first time I met her, the ice cream truck came to the complex and I introduced myself. After our first meeting, I was hooked on this wonderful woman. Since the new owners took over the end of 2020 everything went downhill. Maintenance requests are submitted through the web and go unanswered for months. They have raised our rent over $200 in less than 2 years as well. There used to be a waiting list to live here and now there are empty units everywhere, and a lot of neighbors are all unhappy and looking to leave. Sad because we have been happy here for years.
