When George Collins owned this property and he ran it with his brother Jimmy, The property Was wonderful. Since George sold the property and managed by LIVING RESIDENTIAL it has gone to hell. Leasing provides lies and the alleged management team does not know how to communicate or follow through on anything. The landscaping is nonexistent, there’s poorly mow lawns. Have only been here a couple months but have to say most neighbors have been friendly, plus Stephen in the front office and Luigi in maintenance are wonderful and have made the whole application and settling in process so much easier. They have been fantastic. Will update in the future once I’ve been here longer!
Five stars for the new maintenance team! I put a request in and Luigi and Chris fulfilled it by the end of the day. I am very happy with how quick and efficient the service was. Beyond the great work, it is really nice to see such friendly and approachable faces. They really make you feel comfortable having them handle things in your home.
I have lived in a few different complexes and as far as maintenance, I can not express what a joy it is every time Luigi and Chris comes around to fix / repair something in our home. They are always so pleasant, engaging, empathetic, and in good spirits. They are truly people who love their job and love to help people!
Chris was super helpful and addressed all of my issues thoroughly. Went the extra mile and helped me move some heavier pieces which was so appreciated!
