I am heartbroken to find out our Agnes will be leaving. She has always been so great in bringing people together, so kind, so friendly & a wonderful person. Since the new owners took over the end of 2020 everything went downhill. Maintenance requests are submitted through the web and go unanswered for months. They have raised our rent over $200 in less than 2 years as well. There used to be a waiting list to live here and now there are empty units everywhere, and a lot of neighbors are all unhappy and looking to leave. Sad because we have been happy here for years. Okay so we have only been living at the "Village" for just about a month now, however we could not be happier. Very quiet neighborhood and all the residents are very friendly. Agnes, the office manager was incredibly helpful throughout the application and move in process. And continues to be just a phone call away for any questions that we've had. The few minor maintenance issues that we've had Dexter, the maintenance technician has resolved quickly and he has gone out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. We can defini... read more
