My mom has appreciated the Village very much. She calls her care team her besties. She has a little gated patio and her dog is enjoying that. Although she hasn’t ventured from her room much yet I have met many happy residents and love seeing them enjoy the activities. Justina (management) goes above and beyond to help with anything and everything. She’s professional, personable, compassionate and an absolute asset to everyone!

My dad is a new resident here. He moved from the hospital after a fall and hip surgery. We feel so thankful they had space for him at the Village. Everyone is so caring and attentive. He loves that he can just press a button on the pendant around his neck and someone will come to help within a minute or two, but he also enjoys the privacy of his studio and the view out his window. We recently moved my mother to the Village at Alameda from an independent living community about 2 months ago. We also previously have dealt with a rehab facility and nursing home. The staff and services at the Village at Alameda are better than any we have experienced elsewhere. They know my mother's name and her preferences. The care she receives is what I expect at this type of facility. We had to make a very quick move due to a change in my mother's health.
