We recently stayed at this apartment in Burleigh Heads and while the location was excellent - close to the beach, cafes, and everything you need - the cleanliness was disappointing. There were hairs left in the shower on arrival, dirty fridge and bench tops, filthy couch cushions, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Nice apartment, bigger and poolier than mine. Big comfy bed rooms, with walk in robes and a full kitchen! 2 min walk to beach and huge mangoes 🥭!

Stayed here from 1st to 7th September with four other families and all of us had major issues. Our apartment was dirty, the bathroom had mould around the toilet and bedroom curtains had mould, the washing machine was mouldy, and the mattress was stained yellow with ill-fitting sheets. Only two toilet rolls were provided for a family of four for seven days, and the cupboards were covered in thick dust. Other families in our group experienced the same problems, some even worse.
