The women in the office are not welcoming or the least bit helpful. I was trying to drop off my application and money order to them, but forgot to grab a mask. I walked in to ask them if they had any extra masks and if it was still okay that I dropped off my application and money order to them (mind you they all had a window around their desks and were wearing masks, completely protected for me to slip an application to them as I was already in the same room).
