Wanted to send flowers to a good friend from across the country. Looking for something very specific and needed an amazing arrangement as the friend was a florist and has high standards. Sent an email to 3 places in friends area and only Suzanne wrote back to me. I called and spoke with her to go over wishes and she immediately confirmed she could get what I wanted! The floral arrangements for my mother's funeral were beautiful, but they were delivered to the WRONG funeral home! We did not get them until the next day. Given the cost for delivery for the orders that were placed online by family and friends who live out of state, this kind of mix up should never happen! I wonder if the shop will refund any of those delivery fees?
