The manager and leaseing agent are very friendly. And they are good about fixing problems in the apartment when they arise. However the apartments are in bad need of an upgrade. The floor and tile in the kitchen and bathroom looks like the same stuff that has been in the apartment since the early 80s. The countertops (in the kitchen and the bathroom) are an ugly brown laminate and there is little cabinet space, these are also in need of upgrading.
