On sept 7 I called this office, the greeting recording was the call would be recorded and if you don't like to be recorded hung up. I didn't hung up, finally someone answered, when I asked questions she was so rude and didn't answer my questions and hung up, I thought maybe I have an accent she didn't want to listen. Management should listen to the calls and train employees for a better customer service.
