PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES: This place hires people who may be nice, but there is serious neglect that happens behind closed doors. The director from the facility does not make people accountable, and staff are not by any means following procedures when there are no visitors. I was told from an inside source that they do not follow strict dietary restrictions or follow family wishes. My Father in Law was here for 7 months and it was a great experience for him and us as his family members. He was is great hands. They couldn’t have been more helpful with all of the difficult decisions you have to make during this time. We saw and felt that leaving the care to the staff of the Villas was the right choice. This isn’t a mass facility but rather a cozy and safe place that feels like home. They were always so welcoming and helpful to us we can’t recommend them enough. My parents have been well taken care of throughout this pandemic as before Covid . They remain healthy, thank goodness. Our family is thankful for the excellent, professional and compassionate care they have received throughout their stay and we look forward to returning to the wonderful activities they so enjoyed before Covid.
