Staff was super friendly and very accommodating!!! Room was clean and comfortable. The location is very ideal for traveling .
They took our credit card to hold our room so when we go there we could pay separately. Nope the credit card was charged 1 hr prior to our checking in as we found out after we gave them our bank card. Then they saved our card numbers and made charges again to the cards after we left. Found cockroach in bedroom, frozen broken glass in a fridge, small fridge was broken, a/c broken they repaired next day while we were out, cabinet broken, no supplies for a suite, just horrid. Ok so this place ..... The Bad... Owner lies to your face while being nice. Cockroach in rooms. When confronted she lied saying she just bought the place. Our son confronted her she has had it, the county has been on her, she lies again. We ask to leave without using a room and no refund allowed. So held hostage due to money. Then take the dogs outside just to have them step on broken plastic fence holes not filled in and cut their feet to so bad they bled all over.
