The new (ish) ha transformed this place. We used to prefer burger at Chiefs but ne menu/price has drawn us back
The view's where outstanding watching the sun going down just had drinks we where stopping at the hotel so a great start to the night
My husband and I so enjoyed our anniversary supper at The View on the 10th September. The staff were very friendly and super efficient, perfectly complimenting the delicious food curated and cooked by the brilliant Matt Mason. A rare space to enjoy very morsel. Will definitely go back again, soon!!
Most of our party opted for the 3 course set menu at �40 pp. We all had something different from the menu and everyone was impressed with their choice. My monkfish tail main meal and peanut praline and salted caramel tart for dessert was amazing. Easily the best food I've had in a restaurant in Exeter Highly recommend, I will be back again
Food excellent, staff lovely but not perfect, drinks far too expensive, �8 for a "0" guiness, far too much for Devon, London prices, yet food fair price!
