I live in California and have never been to the physical shop, but I recently placed an online order with them. I requested gift wrapping, and OMG what a presentation! The packaging was absolutely lovely and the delivery was incredibly fast. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. I would love to visit in person one day, but until then, I will definitely be ordering again. Kudos to the team for the amazing service!
