Terrible experience with Brittany- if you can even call it an experience. We wanted to tour and filled out the form. She got back about 4 days later- mentioned a date. I responded same day saying unfortunately that one day we could not do but any other time that week is good. She did not respond for 4 days and the week of the date she offered was upon us and so I emailed again just making sure I didn’t get lost in the shuffle- no response for a whole week. Very pretty place for a wedding.
Beautiful view outside and inside was beautiful. The road up to it needs improved and parking isn't very good and doesn't have any handicapped spots. They provide absolutely nothing that you might need in a pinch (corkscrew, serving utensils, etc.) My venue had extra champagne/ wine glasses, serving utensils, oven, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, table cloths, pillars, candelabras, video/audio recording booth and a staff member was available throughout the evening to assist all for a lower rate. Tried to schedule a tour but like the experiences of others I recieved no response. If your only by appointment then maybe try to answer your forms or emails in a timely manner.
I wish I could actually write a glowing review, beautiful -yes! But well ran? No, You can only come to see it on Tuesdays. The problem with that? What if you work Monday through Friday? You are sol! its nearly impossible to get a reply!. It could be a top 5 Tulsa wedding venue, but because they lack the ability to respond effectively and have more availability for tours. Its gorgeous. I hope I can eventually change my review but at this point? Ive been waiting on a response since Jan 2nd. (Its mid march)
